Latest Updates
You can now specify a different order for Assignment Positions when assignments are shown (mobile, print, admin) vs the order that assignments are generated from positions.
You can now mark a photo on a user's profile as specifically to be used for the leadership section. This allows having a separate profile photo from a leadership photo.
We just published a big update to solidify what determines who shows in the directory. Previously, if the head of household was marked as a member (via roles), then all family members would appear in the directory by default. This has been updated so that only users with a role indicating membership will show in the directory. We did a big evaluation and careful migration to correct any family units that may not have been marked correctly, but reach out if you notice any issues! Additionally, early Lightpost accounts also allowed groups to determine membership, this has been migrated completely and is no longer the case. New notices when creating, editing roles and user roles are in place to help as well.
